20/12-2008 Once again Geir have had an bad accindent, spending a while at the hospital. He is now back home, and we want to thank all of you who has supported us! More surgery is waiting in the new year.

Most of Sandra`s puppies has left home, we wish them and their new owners all the best for the future. After a lot of thinking, desiding and re-desiding, little Svea (U M Sail On Silvergirl) is going to stay at ours. She is co-owned with knl High Score, and will probabely spend some time with BIG grandPAPA Larz (Ch High Score I`M Dynamite). We are expecting new puppies some weeks out in the new year. See puppyplans.

We have been to NKK Int, Hamar since last time I updated the news. A nice day, but what I definately remember is the visit from our great friends from northern Sweden. We hope you soon be back AnnSofie and Susan! Some more friends was also gathering at ours the same weekend, thank you!! Hope you had the same excellent evening that we had.

Another friend, Emelie, had got the hard job showing Tassen (U M See See Rider). Of course she managed with style. This wonderful young boy out of Trollängens Second To None and U M Suzy Q, has matured so nice, and we will show him more next year. He has just been x-rayed with free hips and his dna-result came yesterday. He is Gpra Cord1 mutation CLEAR. His brother Sulo (U M Sulo Suomi) in Finland, got his result yesterday too, also CLEAR, and when I`m into dna-tests, Oscar (U M Supermario) also tested CLEAR some weeks ago. Littersisters to Tassen and Sulo, U M Supreemes and U M Spanish Eyes has also been x-rayed. Both free hips.

Back to NKK Int Hamar. Judge was Tarja Hovila, Finland, famous for her wonderful Adamant springers. Best result for our gang was mothersmostspoiledandadoredwonderfulboy Pontus (U M Sinbad). He became third best dog, and got his fifth CAC (second NKK CAC)

When talking about Pontus, we have got this wonderful picture of one of his daughters. Pic. is taken by Hans Hodne.

Pontus-babies are also expected at kennel Springtrend. They have mated their wonderful Ch Toparch Desired By Springtrend to him.

Ida got her, and her family`s, first dog about two years ago. She and her dog, Scott (U M Sledge Hammer) has been to several obedience competitions this year. Their best result is 178.5 points in class I. This is really good Ida! The picture down under is taken by Inger Handegård. Ida and Scott competed at NKK Int. Hamar, and got 160.5 p and placed as #13. We will also tell that Ida do all the grooming on Scott herselfe, and it`s perfect.

Several times lately, I have been contacted by puppybyers who has used a hole lot of money getting a absolutely worthless and even devestating grooming, in so called proffesional saloons. I am so happy that you try making your dog nice, but please make sure that the groomer knows what to do. This is the worse example so far. At least a year will pass and a lot of job from the owner will be necessary to make this dog back in proper coatcondition. It helps a little bit that the got back the money they payed. Guess how much.... well NOK 990,- (about 100 E) The dog is shaved all over, even on the frontside of his frontlegs!

Oscar (U M Supermario) has been eyechecked, incl. glaucoma, and it was just fine. Pontus has had a girlvisit. N Uch S U(u)Ch NordV-06 Zelini`s Strawberry Fields Forever (knl Zelini) expect puppies sometimes between christmas and newyear. Another beauty will arrive next week, - wow - you are a lucky guy Pontus!

Ida and Scott (U M Sledge Hammer) was to an obedience competition yesterday. They got 178.5 points (1. prize) and placed as # 6. We are really proud of you! We keep our fingers crossed when you compete at NKK Int Hamar next Friday.

Ourselves we had some day last Sunday! Thank you so much to all who helped, and of course to judge Rui Oliveira, P.

U M Supermario  CK, second in juniorclass
U M See See Rider  CK, Best Dog 4
U M Sinbad CAC and Best Dog
Ch U M Supernatural CK, Best Dog 3
U M Spanish Eyes third best junior bitch
U M Scarlett CK, best junior bitch
U M Smart Start CK, second best young bitch
U M Shine On, CK, Best Bitch 2

In puppyclass we had Ann Marlen and the little beauty Piff (U M Sweet Lips). They both had their debut at this show, and they did it in great style! Piff became second best puppygirl. Keep up the good work girls, I think I saw a bright future.

3/11-2008 We are so happy to finally get a
picture of Sulo (U M Sulo Suomi) He`s out of Trollängens Second To None and our Suzy.

Here he is out playing with a new friend, and we can see he`s having really fun, just the way a 11 months old should have.

We are really looking forward to his showdebut in Finland, and we wish you all the best Mari!

1/11-2008 In spite of the information given to me at NKK Int Show, Drammen in August, we actually have two dogs from our kennel qualified to Crufts 2009!! Oscar (U M Supermario) and owner Vibeke got their qualifying award card a couple of days ago. Congratulation! Very fun for our breeding, but not so fun to get wrong information, - for next year - remember everyone; winner of juniors, CK or NOT CK, you are qualified. Vibeke had no chance to make her dog ready entering the English boarder.

Even more complaint this time. Due to a incompetent veterinary, Amy (U M Starlets Rosebud) left for the rainbow bridge some weeks ago. A dog with a temper of more than 41C need more than a telephonconsultation, it does not matter if it`s 03 in the morning. It should even be unnecessary to use 2 weeks to determine a closed uteritis! As you probabely understand, I am quite mad about this. I really do love my vet. who allways is listening to me! We are so happy Marianne and family for your trust in us, and letting us help you go on with our wonderful breed.

Then some good news :) Solan (Ch U M Supernatural) and Chira (U M Smart Start) got their Gpra Cord1 testresults today, and they are both CLEAR.

Ursa Major`s Silky Stockings (Ch Trollängens My Buddy Marlon & Ch U M Stella Polaris) and U M Smart Brunette (Ch Zelini`s West Side Story & U M Spinnin Wheel) are both x-rayed and both are free.

All puppies are doing just nice. New pics in Gallery soon. We are really excited about this litter, and just want to keep all for ourselves. Of course we can`t, there will be a boy avaliable for the right home later on.

Next Sunday we are going to a national show in Kongsberg, bringing U M See See Rider, Sinbad, Supernatural, Scarlett, Shine On, Smart Start and Suzy Q. Wow, some grooming are waiting on me!

9/10-2008 Finally, here comes a summary of the last weeks news. Starting with some healtresults. U M Storyteller, U M Speculation and U M Sea Breeze has been x-rayed, and they has all free hips. They are out of Ch Zelini`s West Side Story and U M Spinnin Wheel. On our trip to Bergen, we drow by vet. Kongsengen and got 4 dogs eyechecked. Suzy, Daizy, Chira, and Scarlett was all clear incl. glaucoma.

Sandra (Ch U M Sandra Bullock) and her eight puppies are doing just great. Sandra has never been any keen of dogshows, but now we know what she`s meant to :) Being a mother! She`s absolutely perfect. Here is one of the little girls yesterday.

Yesterday Lisbeth and I was out training some of the young dogs. You can see more pics in Gallery (having fun).

Both we, and of cours the dogs, enjoy this a lot! We will go on training until the snow is here. Then we should be well prepared for next season.

Last weekend we had some dogs entered NKK Int Show in Kongsvinger, my "hometown". We had been joking about walking to this show.. but when I got up from my bed at 05.45 it was raining like hell, heavy wind and no electrisity! No good start on a showday. Well, 7 dogs and 8 puppies had to be fixed in the dark, and for the first time ever I was taking a shower with candel lights around :)

Scott (U M Sledge Hammer) and Ida was competing in obedience, class I. They got a nice placement about number 7 or 8, in a class of 25! We are so very proud of you! Unfortunately the pic. I took was no good.

There was 8 dogs from us entered the show. We are really proud having the best puppybyers in the world! They all show up nicely prepared and are proffesionally handled. Best result this time went to, as often lately, Daizy (U M Shine On) She became second best bitch, got the CAC and resCacib. Solan (Ch U M Supernatural) became second in a very strong championclass, and in the end fourth best dog. He has matured a lot the last months, and is presented with perfection by his owner Lisbeth. Pontus (U M Sinbad), Chira (U M Smart Start) and Tyson (Ch U M Stars & Stripes) got CK. We had a breeders class, including Pontus, Solan, Chira and Daizy, who became BOB and BIS 4. Heidi (Zelini) has sent us this picture. You can see fully results from the show here

The weekend before, Lisbeth and I filled up the car and went on a trip to Bergen  for two shows. One Spaniel speciality and an all breed national show. Back in 1995 I actually managed to become BIS at both this shows. An experience you never forget. The dog was Int N DK Uch Cavatina`s Water Proof, a wonderful boy, American Cocker. This time we got home with 4 x CAC diveded on 4 different dogs, AND a new show champion. The feeling was quite the same as back in 1995 :))

Picture to the right is taken by Mona Robinson. Thank you!

Our breeder class got a prize of honour both days, and BIS on Sunday.

Jean Lanning was judging on Saturday. Pontus got best male with the CAC. Solan on the place behind. Chira became second best bitch with CAC, and little Scarlett third best bitch. Daizy only got a prize of honour this day. The speciality was judged by Per Iversen. Solan got his last CAC, became N Uch and best male. Pontus had to take the place behind, but who cares..?? Daizy got the CAC and second best bitch, Chira third best bitch. Scarlett got a prize of honour, placing first in junior bitches.

Fully results from the show here.  On our (long) way home, we made some walking in the mountains and experienced this winters first snow. The dogs loved it. Just look at the pics. down under.

We have made our breeding plans for winter and spring 2008/2009, and it will be presented in planned litters soon.
Next show will be in Kongsberg 9/11. We have entered Tassen (U M See See Rider), Pontus, Scarlett, Daizy and Suzy.

25/9-2008 Hunting reports are coming in. Bjørn and Mille (U M Spinnin Wheel) got a capercaillie today, and Tor and Sølvi (U M She`s So Fine, sister to Sandra) are in Lierne, where they have got 4 hares and a couple of grouses. Ourselves, we was out for hours early this morning, but in spite of Pontus`s hard work, we just saw a woodpecker an a thrush :) We have got MMS from the clever hunters. Mille to the left, Sølvi right. Sorry, not the best quality.

Tomorrow Lisbeth and I will leave for Bergen. National show on Saturday and Norw. Spaniel Club speciality on Sunday. Solan, Chira, Pontus, Scarlett and Daizy are entered.  Sanne and Geir will be staying home watching the puppies and their mother, and of course Tyson. Thank you so much, - you are the best!

22/9-2008 We have 8 puppies in the cradle. 5 boys and 3 girls, some are liver/white and some are liver/white/tanAll of them, including their mother are doing just fine. See some of them down under, about 20 ours old (hmm young), just eating and sleeping.

Daizy had a titer of 6.01 !!, so we are ready for Crufts :) Even more happy news; Both Suzy (U M Suzy Q) and Scarlett (U M Scarlett) are Gpra Cord1 Mutation CLEAR!

19/9-2008 Still waiting for Sandra`s puppys to arrive. She looks like this.

We have been out hunting with Pontus (U M Sinbad) a couple of times the last week, and we really enjoy it. Pics. from hunting later on.

From her owners site, we can see that Stella (Ch U M Stella Polaris) has been to her annual eyechek, and she was clear. Stella is soon to be 5. Stella had a litter of nine at ours in August 2006. We are still waiting for 3 of those to be x-rayed. You have got reminding letters, twice.

Daizy has got her ATC number from The Kennel Club, but we are still waiting for her bloodtestresult. If it`s good enough, she will be going to Crufts 2009. That means some changes, or rather delays in breeding plans (see planned litters) We will breed her mother Suzy (U M Suzy Q) during the winther in stead. Not decided exactly who is going to bee father yet. At the moment we are waiting for DNA results PRA Cord1 for Suzy, Scarlett, Chira (the older one) and Solan. The results will of course be published on this site.

Wenche Farstad & Knut Framstad, Knl Streamside, has very kindly sent us all this photos from the Spaniel hunting ability test the 7th of September. Thank you very much! Knut has been behind the camera, and there is more pics. on their own site.

Pictures of Pontus (U M Sinbad) puppies in Galllery soon.

10/9-2008 Daizy (U M Shine On) is GPRA Cord1 Mutation CLEAR.

9/9-2008 Sometimes dreams come true, and everything goes your way! We feel just like that right now. Last Friday Lisbeth and I left with 6 dogs in the car, and the caravan behind. Karoline joined us in the evening, and we had a relaxing night right on the showground. This show is one of our favourites, allways well organised and on a perfect place for dogshows. Oscar (U M Supermario) and Vibeke first out from our team. Alone in juniorclass, but we don`t care, he got a CK, but not placed in best dog. Pontus (U M Sinbad) won young dog class with CK, and became best dog 4, just passing Solan (U M Supernatural) in last round. Solan placed second in open dogs, with CK. Scott (U M Sledge Hammer) was also entered in open class, perfectly handlet by owner Ida. He got a first prize. We are really looking forward to watching you two in obedience at NKK Int Kongsvinger!

Pontus pictured on the move, by Karoline, to the left. Then it was Scarlett (U M Scarlett) in juniorclass. Finally she has forgotten about her bad experience at a show earlier this summer. She was showing like never before, and placed second in the class with CK. Freia (U M Spanish Eyes) with Ellen, was also competing in junior bitches, and placed right behind Scarlett as number 3.

Chira (U M Smart Start) and Daizy (U M Shine On) was both entered in young dog bitches. Daizy won the class with CK, and Chira became #3. We also had Suzy and Sandra entered. Suzy still has her smallest bikini on, and Sandra is extremely pregnant. She and Tyson was staying home, well taken care of by Geir.

Daizy really had her day, placing best bitch with CAC, and later on Best of Breed. In the final she became BIS 2. She has on her three last shows been second best bitch (CAC) Best of Opposite (CAC) and this time BOB with CAC. Not bad for a youngster! There was no competiton in breeders class, but I felt like we had a nice class, and we got a really good critique, and became BIS. Picture down under, from right to left; Daizy, Oscar, Pontus and Solan.

A quite relaxed handler/owner in the BIS finale to the right. Probabely mostly thinking of Sunday`s hunting ability test :)

See fully results from the show here.

In my childhood hunting was a natural part of my life, as my dad practiced hunting every weekend in the season. I was also allowed to follow sometimes. This came to an end when my dear father passed away when I was just 13. The dogs has allways been there ever after, but no hunting. For some years I have felt to try it out again. I made up an agreement with my good friend Heidi (Knl Zelini) about helping me getting started. Lisbeth and I, and not to forgot, our dogs, has learned a lot. With a lot of pride I can tell that both Pontus (U M Sinbad) and Solan (U M Supernatural)  passed the spaniel hunting ability test last Sunday. Be asure; those will not be the last, this is SO FUN! Thanks a million Heidi! Pontus, Lisbeth and Solan down under, just before starting the test. We hope for some more pics. from the test later on. You can see Pontus critique from the test here. (only in Norwegian)

25/8-2008 The littersisters Chira (U M Spellbound) and Sara (U M Summernight) has both been x-rayed, and both have free hips. They are out of Ch Zelini`s West Side Story & U M Spinnin Wheel.

We have got this picture from Knl Toparch. They have 7 little babies out of our Pontus (U M Sinbad). A really cute one here :) Two weeks younger than our own puppies, witch are ready to move next weekend.

Our summerlitter has been sold out for some time, but Sandra (Ch U M Sandra Bullock) definately expect puppies about 21. of September. We do belive that everything is OK this time.

Next time out for us will be NSK`s show in Rygge first weekend in September. Almost hole kennel entered. The day after, two of ours are entered a Spaniel hunting ability test.

18/8-2008 Once again a successfull showday! After weeks of rain and bad weather, NKK`s Int show in Drammen was wonderful warm and sunny. Oscar (U M Supermario) and Vibeke was first out of ours. He got a first prize in junior males. Freia (U M Spanish Eyes) and Ellen also got a first prize, and placed fourth in junior bitches. We are really proud of you, and how you both show up with exellent groomed dogs! It`s a breeders dream.

Pontus (U M Sinbad) got CK in young dog class, not placed in best dog. His sister however, Daizy (U M Shine On) placed first in young dog bitches with CK, and beatifully presented by Richard (Knl Cathecism) she became best bitch, got the CAC and CACIB. She is even qualified to Crufts 2009. To us, she`s still a baby, but we are so proud of her. Sandra (Ch U M Sandra Bullock) won a huge champion class, but had to stay behind her kennelmate, ending second best bitch with resCacib. It seems like Sandra is going to stay home rest of this year.

Our breeder class, containing Freia, Daizy, Pontus and Sandra got a prize of honour. We have got this wonderful picture taken by Frank Bjerklund (knl Westaway) To the left, BOB and BOG 4 this day, as often before; Ch Westaway Into The Mystic.

9/8-2008 We are really proud to tell that Ursa Major`s Super Trouper (Ch Westaway Into The Mystic  & U M Sugartime), called Bella, has passed the hunting ability test today. Bella belongs to the Hukkelberg family, who are really taking care of her. I have been told that she did a really good job at the test. You can see some pics. of Bella under dogs from us in Gallery. We got this pic. today, taken by Ellen G. Wold (knl Kahill) Thank You!  Ellen was also judging the test in Molde. Grete M. Sæter has sent us the wonderful pic. of Bella retrieving in water. Thank you so much!

We are also doing a lot of training in water and wood nowadays. A million thanks to Heidi and Stian (knl Zelini) who are spending a lot of time helping us. We really appreciate it! See some pics from today in Gallery.

I have forgotten to tell that Lisbeth had her dogs on a national show at Nesbyen last weekend.

Saturday Solan (U M Supernatural) placed third best dog, and Chira (U M Smart Start) as third best bitch. On Sundays show, Chira placed second best bitch. Results and pics. from this show under Results.

Next show for our team will be NKK Int Drammen 16/9. Pontus, Daizy and Sandra are entered.

New pics. of the puppies will follow soon, here is just a little taste, a cute five weeks to the left down under.

28/7-2008 Great success for some of our dogs at Sunday`s show. Tyson (Ch U M Stars & Stripes) was on his yearly show :), winning championclass and placed best dog 4. Geir was a little bit worried that he (the dog) had to sleep in the car, and not in the caravan, but he did survived. Pontus (U M Sinbad) won young dog class with CK and became second best dog. His sister Daizy (U M Shine On) even won her class with CK. She ended second best bitch, getting her third CAC. Star of the day was Sandra (Ch U M Sandra Bullock) who won champion bitches, became best bitch and finnally Best of Breed. We also had a breeder class, who got a prize of honour and a really nice critique. My appologies to the judges; because of the extremely hot weather, work and puppies at home, we did not stay for the finals. Thank you for the pictures Vibeke and Karoline, and thanks girls for helping me during the show. Daizy to the left, and Sandra to the right down under. See fully results here.

25/7-2008 Pontus (U M Sinbad) became father again last week. 7 little cute babies at Kennel Toparch, 2 boys and 5 girls. We wish you all the best. One of them to the left down under.

Our own puppies, also sired by Pontus, are all growing well. They are a little bit up on their feet, wagging tails and barking :)

Ursa Major`s Spiderman (born 5/8-2006) has been x-rayed, and has free hips. See his brother on front page. We are still waiting for three hip-results from this litter.

Finally I have started working with the picturegallery. All "dogs from us" has been moved to the gallery. At the moment you also find the current litter, and some having fun pictures there. More to come.

We are leaving for a national show in Moss tomorrow, with the caravan and 8 dogs. The show is on Sunday. Hopefully results on Monday.

20/7-2008 Sandra (Ch U M Sandra Bullock) has been mated to Ch Wongan Kadenza today. Puppies about 21. of September.

12/7-2008 Freia (U M Spanish Eyes, out of Trollängens Second To None & U M Suzy Q) has been to a puppyshow today, and what a success! She became BOB, BOG and BIS 2! There was 60 puppies from all breeds. Expertly groomed and handled by her owner Ellen Cleve. We are just as proud as you are Ellen!

11/7-2008 Oscar (U M Supermario) has been x-rayed, and he has free hips. Ursa Major`s Savannah is Gpra Cord1 Mutation Affected.

8/7-2008 I don`t really know how I could manage this. I have not been to World Dog Show since Brüssel 1995, but still I managed to get puppies on the day of group 8! Thanks to my very best friend Lisbeth, Pontus (U M Sinbad) could go to the show. Thanks to Emelie, he was perfectly presented.  I got this pics. today.

Pontus placed as number 2 in the juniorclass with excellent. There was 17 dogs entered in the class. Of course only one place behind the winner title, but we are very proud of our boy.

We would like to send our congratulations to all winners.

There was also so many exellent norwegian placement among almost all of the spaniel breeds.

Kaisa (U M So Clever) delivered her puppies Sunday evening, when their dad had fun at the World Dog Show. 4 really big ones. Look very strong and healty. See more under current litter

Since this litter only counted 4, we have decided to mate her sister too. Sandra (Ch U M Sandra Bullock) will be mated to Ch Wongan Kadenza in near future. See more under planned litters.

4/7-2008 We are still waiting for Kaisa`s puppies to arrive. She`s fresh and healty and carries them well. Perhapse tonight I hope. (See her on the front page) I would really like to go to World Dog Show in Stockholm Saturday night, where Pontus (U M Sinbad) and Scarlett (U M Scarlett) are entered.

Last weekend Lisbeth and I took the caravan and went for double shows in Oslo. Nice to have some days off. NSK Oslo & Akershus had their show on Saturday. Very nice show, where we could take the car almost ringside, helping bad backs a lot!  Freia (U M Spanish Eyes) became BOB and BIS 2 puppy. Nice work Ellen! Oscar (U M Supermario) placed second in junior dogs, with an prize of honour. Pontus, entered in young dog class, became #2 with CK. Solan (U M Supernatural) placed first in open class. Scarlett won junior bitches with CK, and her sister Chira (U M Spellbound) became # 3 with a prize of honour. Daizy placed #2 in young dog bitches, with CK. But this was her sisters day, Chira (U M Smart Start) won young dog bitches, with CK, placed second best bitch and got the CAC. Nicely presented by her owner Lisbeth. See her down under, pic. by Karoline. Results here.

Susan (my niese, and the younger Chiras owner) joined us in the caravan Saturday night. We had 7 dogs sleeping nicely in the front tent. Sunday we went to NKK Int Show in Oslo. This show was celebrating the Norwegian Kennel Klub`s 110 years anniversary. Pontus started out with winning juniors with CK. Oscar placed as #3 with a prize of honour in the same class. Thank you Vibeke! Solan became #3 in open class. Scarlett got quite a shock, learning that there IS other breeds with other colors. They can even be a little angry. There is no one other to blame than myself, she needs more training. Anyway, her sister Chira made us pride, by winning junior bitches with CK. She is Soooo nicely shown. Another sister, Amy (U M Starlets Rosebud) placed #3 with a prize of honour in the same class. We are so proud!

Chira (the younger) pictured by Heidi/Karoline to the left. Daizy won young dog class with CK, and her sister Chira became #3 with a prize of honour this day. Both teenagers became to young in best bitch. The highlight of this day was Pontus placing fourth best dog, and got his NKK CAC. Not often something make me that happy. We are so proud of our cuuute boy.

As mentioned, I hope to leave for WW-08 tomorrow, but puppies and their mother came first for me.

Next show after that, will be national show in Moss. We have entered the hole kennel :)

20/6-2008 Scarlett and her littersister Amy (U M Starlets Rosebud) from our May 2007 litter has been x-rayed. Both free. There is nine more youngsters from this litter who can go to the veterinary, doing the x-ray now.

Scarlett has also got her first CAC, and she started out in style, with the NKK CAC! This happend at our Trondheim-trip. Lisbeth and I went to this double show weekend with 6 dogs and the caravan. We hope that the Kennel Club will find a better place arranging this show  next year! Well, Pontus (U M Sinbad) won juniors with CK, and placed best dog 4. Chira (U M Smart Start) won young dog bitches with CK, and cutipie Scarlett won junior bitches with CK, and placed fourth best bitch with CAC.  Solan (U M Supernatural) was the only one lightning us up on Sunday, getting fourth best dog. Scarlett down under, pictured by Karoline.

Next weekend we are going to NKK Int. Show and NSK Spec. in Oslo, and in the week after there is puppies on their way. Kaisa (U M So Clever) is reported to be really big.

1/6-2008 Finally some updates. There is quite high activity at ours, and two show-weekends are just passed. First I will mention that we have mated U M So Clever to U M Sinbad. See more under current litters. Then some good news from some weeks ago. Ida and U M Sledge Hammer, Scott, passed a obedience test with high score. They are now ready for a higher class. Scott is Ida`s very first dog, and we are so proud of you! See them down under.

Last weekend of May we where going to NSK`s main show at Jevnaker. Emelie took the train from Sweden to help us, - thank you so much for everything you did Emelie!

There was 11 dogs from us entered on Saturday. Very proud to tell that, except the 2 in puppyclasses, 8 out of 9 adults got CK! U M Spanish Eyes became BOS puppy. Keep up the good work Ellen! Pontus (U M Sinbad) and Oscar (U M Supermario) became first and second, both with CK, in junior males. Solan (U M Supernatural) placed third in open males with CK.  Chira (U M Spellbound) won a huge juniorclass bitches at her very first show ever. She got CK, nicely shown by her owner Susan, my niese. Her sister Scarlett (U M Scarlett) became # 3, and Chira (the older, U M Smart Start) # 4 in the same class. Both with CK. The younger Chira even became third best bitch, just one placing from the CAC. See her to the right down under, pic. from last weekend by Karoline.

Daizy (U M Shine On) won young dog class, with CK and ended fourth best bitch. In open class bitches we had Sandra (U M Sandra Bullock) and Suzy (U M Suzy Q). Sandra placed as #3 with CK, and Suzy got a first price in quality. We also had a breederclass, the most wet ever :), containing Pontus, Daizy, Chira (the youngest) and Sandra. We became BIS 1. This picture is taken by Tor Magne Gramstad, thank you.

After a sleepy afternoon with barberque and some whine and beer in the caravan, we where ready for a new showday. Thank God for the nice weather. Tassen (U M See See Rider) from Suzy`s winter-litter was going with us. Together with Emelie he became BOB and BIS 3 puppy this day. He is pictured by Karoline down under.

Pontus won the junior males with CK again. Solan got a first prize in quality. Scarlett became second in junior bitches, this day with a prize of honour. Daizy placed first in young dog bitches with CK. Even this day she became fourth best bitch -  and I can`t help wondering why I haven`t entered her to any more shows...  Sandra became #2 in open bitches, and Suzy again got a first prize in quality. Our breederclass became BIS 2.

Last Saturday we (Lisbeth and I) was on the road again. Not so much dogs, and quite close to home this time. But, not any surprice, to read in the paper that it was the hottest day in the month of May for more than 100 years! U M Spanish Eyes was out again. You show so much interest, thank you! We are asure that the result will be really nice as time goes by. Pontus is trying to behave as the grown up he soon will be. Our cute little boy got the CAC, and placed second best male. Pic. from Saturday on the front page. Solan became second in open dogs, with CK, and ended fourth best male. Scarlett and her sisters Amy (U M Starlets Rosebud) and Chira placed 1, 2 and 3 in junior bitches. All with a price of honour. Sandra, once again looking for the final CAC, finally got it. She became best bitch and BOB, and of course got her title, N Uch! Sandra has never been very found of shows, and absolutely not in this heat. She therefore had to leave the groupfinal without any placing.  We had a breederclass, with Solan, Pontus, Scarlett and Sandra, who got a really nice critique. We placed as BIS 3 in the final.  We love this pic. of Scarlett down under to the left, taken by Karoline.

There has been two really nice show-weekends! Thank you all friends for helping with the dogs, and most of all to Lisbeth who is my right hand.

Next weekend we are taking the dogs and the caravan and leave for NKK and NSK shows in Tronheim.

We are bringing Pontus, Solan, Scarlett, Chira and Sandra.

As usual you can see results from the above mentioned shows here.
